SIMPLY THE BEST MAC 'N'  CHEESE
 
16 ounces elbow macaroni
2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated  milk
8 ounces cheddar cheese,  grated
8 ounces Colby longhorn cheese,  grated
16 ounces Velveeta cheese,  cubed
4 tablespoons unsalted  butter
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook elbow  macaroni as directed on box or
Package. Heat evaporated milk in saucepan  over low flame, melt all cheeses
And butter into heated milk. Stir in egg.  Combine cheese mixture with 
cooked
Macaroni and add salt and pepper to  taste. Pour into large greased 
casserole
Dish and bake 30-40 minutes, until  bubbly.
