Grits on Fire

6 cups water
2 cups grits
1/2 cup milk
1/2  cup butter, 1 stick
2 rolls jalapeno cheese
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and  pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Paprika

Bring water  to boil in pan and stir in the grits gradually. Cook until 
grits are thick and  creamy, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 
milk, butter and  jalapeno cheese. Stir in the eggs gradually and season 
with salt and pepper.  Pour into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with 
Parmesan cheese and paprika.  Bake in preheated 300 oven for 30 minutes. Serve 
with barbecued  chicken.
