Brunch Cake

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant coconut pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream

Topping:
1/4 c. nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 square semisweet chocolate, shaved thin

Mix topping first, then mix cake.

In large bowl place cake mix and pudding mix.  Add eggs, one at a
time, then oil and sour cream.  Mix well.

Spoon half of batter into a tube pan.  Add half of topping.  Top with
remaining cake batter, then topping.

Bake for 50 minutes in preheated dg350 oven.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate if desired.
