Butter Brickle Cake
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
Topping:
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. walnuts (optional)
        Blend first five ingredients together until well mixed to form cake
batter. Pour half of batter into a greased 13- by  9-inch baking pan.
Prepare topping.
        Sprinkle half of topping over batter in pan. Top with remaining cake
batter and topping. Bake at dg350 45-50 minutes.
