Lemon Pound Cake

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. milk
1 18.25-oz. pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs

In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.  Gradually beat in
milk.  Add dry cake mix and eggs.  Beat until combined.  Beat on
medium speed for two minutes.  Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch
fluted tube pan.  Bake at dg350 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until tests
done.  Cool in pan ten minutes.  Remove from pan and cool completely.

Yield 12 servings.
