Carrot Oven Fries

1 lb. carrots (5 to 6 large) peeled and cut into 4- by 1/4-inch sticks
1 tsp olive oil
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing and Seasoning mix
1 tsp cornstarch
Vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to dg400.

In large bowl combine carrots with olive oil, cornstarch and ranch
dressing mix.  Toss until well coated.

Generously spray a sheet tray with cooking spray.  Arrange carrots in
single layer on rack and bake 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.  For
extra crispy fries bake 35 minutes.
