Wild Rice and Chicken Casserole
1 pkg. ( 6 oz.) wild rice
20 oz.  frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup grated cheddar  cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 cup mayonaise
2 tsp.  prepared mustard
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Cook rice, spread over bottom of greased 9x13 dish. Parcook broccoli  for 3 
minutes and drain. Layer over rice. Place chicken and cover with cheddar  
cheese. Mix soup, mayonaise and mustard. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle with  
parmesan cheese. Bake at 350^ for 40-45 minutes.
