SHANE'S SURPRISE Pork and Beans, Hamburger or Ground Turkey and Hot Dogs 1 can Pork and Beans (cheap brand works fine for this recipe) 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey 1 pkg hot dogs, sliced 1/2 medium onion, chopped, if desired In a large pot, add Pork and Beans. Brown ground beef or ground turkey with onion in a large skillet until almost done. Add cut up hot dogs and cook until brown and meat is cooked thoroughly with no pink. Add ground beef or turkey and hot dog mixture to Pork and Beans and heat over low to medium heat until hot and bubbly. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese and sour cream if desired.
