Peg's Ham and Cheese Spread
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese -- softened 1/2 C. sour cream 2 Tbs. onion soup mix 1 C. chopped fully cooked ham 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 C. minced fresh parsley assorted crackers Directions In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and soup mix until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Mold or place in container. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill until serving.
