I love this, Steve, and I don't know how the weather is in England, but
here, in Oklahoma, it is starting to get really hot; have you heard about
the awful weather Oklahoma had? around mother's day, we had 36 tornadoes in
one day in different cities, and on the 16th of May, major hailstorms and
also some tornadoes. many had the windows blown out of cars and trucks, all
the windows, windshields, whew! what a mess; my son and I had gone to Tulsa,
and escaped that for his truck, and Brian's home and vehicles were also
unscathed. Mike, the son I was with in Tulsa, had major damage to his roof
and guttering and wind turbines, and needs an insurance adjustor to come out
and give estimate, and needs an entire new roof! a storm can wipe a person
out in seconds.
Sandy
I am sharing this weather thing; plus, Mike has to get the air conditioning
system checked in his truck; he now has the money to get it fixed, but for
awhile, was riding around without the air conditioning, so hot air was
mother nature's way of providing coolant, grin! keep smiling! you always
have such a nice way to cheer others and make them smile!
I mean! No matter what the circumstances in one's life, we always feel
cheered on after reading your posts! sincerely meant! Oh, I did not say one
thing here! when we went to Tulsa, the weathermen only said we would have
rain in the early afternoon, no mention of hail the size of tennis balls,
golf balls, baseballs, yikes! this was all so unexpected; we went to Tulsa,
as he enjoys browsing around in the electronics shops for pc items, and we
ate at a wonderful Chinese restaurant; their buffet is awesome!

Try Smiling
When the weather suits you not, Try smiling.
When your coffee isn't hot, Try smiling.
When your neighbors don't do right, Or your relatives all fight,
Sure 'tis hared, but then you might Try smiling. Doesn't change the
things, of course- Just smiling.
But it cannot make them worse- Just smiling.
And it seems to help your case, Brightens up a gloomy place,
Then, it sort o' rests your face- Just smiling.
Smile
