Tomato and Spinach Pasta Toss

2 c. rotini or penne pasta
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
1 6-oz. pkg. baby spinach
1 14.5-oz. can Italian Style diced tomatoes
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package.  Meanwhile crumble meat into large,

deep skillet.  Cook on medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until

cooked through, stirring occasionally.  Drain.  Add spinach and

tomatoes; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally--just until spinach is

wilted and mixture is heated through.  Remove from heat.  Cover and

keep warm.

Drain pasta.  Add to meat mixture with cheeses and mix lightly.  Serve.
