Baked Corn 1 chopped green pepper 1 minced onion 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp mustard 2 cups milk 1 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp butter 2 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp paprika 4 cups whole kernel corn, canned, fresh or frozen Saute' pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, paprika and mustard. Stir until blended . Add milk. stir till thick. Brown bread crumbs in 2 tbsp butter, add crumbs, corn and egg to mixture. Bake in buttered dish for 30 minutes at 350F.
