Yes Laurie and Trudy and Rod, I guess where I see issue are where one person
is singled out when they (Liberals) are all to blame.
They put him there they validated his power our task I believe is to
invalidate the power and ideology that capitalist train of thought so that
people are able to be respected.
For if we just be aggressive before one man all we are doing is just that.
But if we challenge the ideals and invalidate the social incorrect beliefs
of the man himself and his party we are doing something to change peoples
way of thinking.
As a social worker student and worker in human services, I find difficulty
in being aggressive and taking things out on one man or woman. It would
appear to me to be better to challenge the mans way of thinking and the
capitalist individualistic concepts, this would to my way of thinking
appeal to the masses as well.
The police on the on the liberal parties orders are the violent ones who are
unable to converse and communicate on a respectful level. If I as a man am
out to challenge peoples belief about the way in which they perceive (or
dont) rights of another group then my thoughts are that I would need to be
challenging their thinking about how they came to think that in the first
place. And to find ways to show them what they are thinking is wrong. If
I abuse them I close the communication or negotiation down as Howard and
Elliot now have done and as the police are doing.
I guess its probably water off a ducks back with politicians anyway, they
thrive on it by the looks of watching parliamentary sessions.
Anyway enough of my ramblings sorry :)).
