I agree. There may be many who claim to have no religion ( and even some of those just
don't want
to identify what they do believe in because they don't trust the state) but there are
many who
do. The only problem is that generally the followers of the christian religions assume
that
everyone is a christian...or should be. We cannot anymore wipe away peoples' belief
systems by
calling ourselves a secular state than we can call this a christian country - like
many do.
What we should do is to separate religion from the state and if religion is taught in
schools it
should be all religions or none.
