If we really put some though into this secular, religious debate then like
the respect required in acknowledging the first Australians then we should
if anything regard the Rainbow Serpent as Our lands higher being.
Not God who comes from some western secondary thought process.
My suggestions is that preamble includes the right of worship to the first
spiritual developer of this great land. The Rainbow Serpent. and all the
legends and folklore and beliefs of this land should be developed from
there.
Anyway thats my opinion ..all in favour say aye......
