Megan,
Don't sit back for fear of causing offence. There are many non-Aboriginal as well as
Aboriginal people
on this list and unless we speak to each other we won't learn about each other. It is
only by
communicating that we can help change the way things are.
It is only natural that not all of us agree on everything, and we shouldn't expect to,
but no-one will
take offence if we present our arguments with respect for the other person's point of
view.
I am sure we are all glad to see new ideas, points of view and new arguments presented
to the list and
applaud your contribution - made in spite of your hesitancy.
