Just as well Harradine voted for the Federal Bill otherwise the Mining
Council would have had to do without certainty. I'snt it funny how business,
mining, House of reps. and etc. all need certainty, but when it comes to
ordinary people 'uncertainty' is what they need. It keeps the population
disciplined.
