Again the SMH had about two-thirds of the page devoted to GST letters. Of these
16 letters, 11 were against, two pro, and three complaining about the anti
letters being published.
Yesterday, there were a few more antis.
Am happy to report that my letter inspired a Tandberg cartoon for the second
time:
Howard and Lees playing cards at a table...
Howard: "Have you played this game before?"
Lees: "No...but it's fun and I'm learning fast."
Howard: "What have you got?"
Lees: "Four aces."
Howard: "Bad luck!...My ten high beats your four aces."
And Lees continues to sit there with an eager, anticipatory smile......
