We earlier had a discussion about Noel Pearson's comments in the Courier Mail which were based on a report that he had written. I edit an eZine called On Line Opinion and we have obtained a leaked draft of that report. According to Pearson's office the final document is more than twice as long, and still not finished.
Given the extensive media reporting of the draft, and the fact that the Queensland State Government is apparently about to implement programmes or legislation on the basis of it, I have published it.
I thought some of you would be interested in reading the document. You might also be interested in some other items in the eZine, and in contributing in the future. (Trudy, you can send me a letter to the editor instead of the Age sometime.)
Our policy is to take contributions from as wide a range of opinions as possible. Its circulation includes a large number of elected politicians.
