Kahn-Tineta Horn, Mohawk Elder and President of the Canadian Alliance in
Solidarity with the Native Peoples, will be in Sydney next year with her
daughter, Waneek, who is competing in the Olympics (she will be the only
indigenous athlete from Canada to be doing so!).
I believe they would be hoping to meet and speak with the People of this
land, and also, both Kahn-Tineta and Waneek are wonderful speakers on
indigenous issues.
Anyone have any ideas?
