Dear friends,
I am hoping that someone out there can help me. I have heard vague rumours
that Timorese refugees may be coming down to Victoria (Puckapunyal, to be
exact). Does anyone have any more definite information than that? Also, does
anyone know where I can reach someone who speaks the language (whatever
language that is), as Bears who Care will probably respond with what help we
can, as we did with the Kosavo kids who came to Portsea(we sent 93 toys
there), and we do like to have the gift tags in the native language of the
person where possible. If you can forward this on to anyone who may have
info, my phone number is (03) 9770 2955 and my email and address are on the
Bears who Care page. I am starting to hoard some toys and buy others as
finances permit, in case we are asked to help. Please feel free to forward
this on to anyone who might know anything.
