The Murrandoo Yanner High Court decision is now available on-line.

You can download it in rtf format (for use in most word-processors) at:
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/high_ct/1999/53.rtf

or view it in your www browser at:
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/high_ct/1999/53.html

The majority decision, in favour of Murrandoo Yanner, was made by Gleeson,
Gaudron, Kirby and Hayne,JJ

Gummow also found in favour of Yanner, but presented separate reasons.

McHugh and Callinan (again with separate reasons) found against Yanner.

I haven't had time to digest the material yet, but it is clear that it
contains a great deal of relevance in other Native Title matters.

Cheers
