I think this is an excellent suggestion by Bruce.

Have any ATSIC Commissioners been approached on the issue?

Presumably an Aboriginal Legal service would handle the case, although I
suppose anyone with the necessary funds would be able to instigate an action
for an injunction.

If official recognition is given to the need for using Original Languages,
official acknowledgment is also made of the various Aboriginal Nations, and,
among other things, we get away from this racist idea that one Aborigine
should be able to speak for all Communities------ala Aden Ridgeway.
