incisive analysis of the dynamics of the Herron assertions. (And
Tim was so right: today's Melbourne Herald-Sun has a shock-
horror headline taking off from Perkins's remarks: something like
"Blood on the streets, fire, destruction -- Is This Australia?")
Today Tim's his posting is on the letters page of the Australian.
