Well, maybe, but I.P.C are an unknown group of unknown origins
pursuing an unknown agenda. Until they are prepared to say who they
really are (a front for Western Mining? A One Nation offshoot? An
outpost of the Uzbekisthan liberation movement? The People's front of
Judea or the Judean peoples front? The local chapter of Monty
Python's Flying Circus, Karen Crooks's brothers?) I suggest we
consign their contributions to the nearest available trash can.
