another thing i have came across is the fact, that after i successfully shut down the red5, i sometimes
cannot restart the server ("address already in use" - problem). after a few retries/some time the server starts successfully
without any errors. This is also new in 0.4.

high CPU load.
I have an additional note for the seeking problem. When seek is called,
the video starts playing too fast.

to the client. You should see your buffer time grow constantly during this
high CPU load.
We don't have bandwidth control yet, however this is scheduled for the next
release.
