Based on this part of your output:

[red5-core.xml]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

it looks like some other application on your system is using one of
the ports that Red5 needs.

You can configure the ports that Red5 uses in the conf/red5.properties
file to suit your setup.
