That's not true. One should be able to export JAVA_HOME to the $PATH
and set it to 1.5. I no longer have a 10.3 box to try that on, but it
should work. The other option would be to explicitly point to the JDK
in the ant file instead of relying on JAVA_HOME. See the recent post
on building Red5 on Linux, it should be a very similar process.

Mac experts, please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.
