Luke mentioned this earlier, but it's worth mentioning again. Simply reading the SWF specs that Macromedia/Adobe has put out forces you into some legal restrictions as to how you can use and create SWFs. This is something to keep in mind when working on this type of thing. You may actually make what you are trying to build illegal by doing so.
