1) what bytes 2,3,4 represent (starting with 1) and why do they change with each RTMP video header 2) why the RTMP packet's declared size (bytes 5,6,7) is smaller than the number of bytes found in the packet after the video marker (0x09)
3) the meaning of any of the bytes after the video marker
