I tried add the folder to my class path but made not difference :(

I added the folder on the application bundle screen - it still  
appears to be looking
inside the bundle for the files rather than in the directory the app  
is in (which is what it did before)

[LaunchRunner Error] org.red5.server.Standalone.main(String[]) threw  
an exception:
java.lang.Exception: could not find configuration file red5.xml on  
your classpath /Users/adam/Desktop/red5_04/Red5.app/Contents/ 
Resources/Java/jar_0.jar
