Adam, That sounds like a really great project and a perfect example of how Red5 fits into the picture.
As far as syncing three streams I'm not sure about that, however, as we have complete control and all the source is open, I'm sure that you/we can get working whatever you need. Perhaps some of the other guys can elaborate on this. Steven is working on the Streaming framework, and I bet can answer this for you.
