That one got broken so I had to buy new one, (very cheap one "logitech messanger something") but haven't tried it yet (have bought a new pc also, still need to install linux) here a list that may help: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupportComponentsMultimediaWebCameras?highlight=%28webcam%29 hth -m ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael Klishin" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, June 30, 2006 12:00 AM Subject: [Red5] Slight OT : web cameras and Linux > Hi, > > Could someone suggest me a webcamera model that works fine with Linux > systems (preferrably Ubuntu)? > > I've been googling for 2 days and trying a dozen of cameras and still no > success :( > > My client wants to use Red5 on Linux for broadcasting.
