Ping 3, is client buffer and it is handled providing the second value stream id is not 0. In this case it seems to be an extra special ping 3. What looks like 5 values, the 5th being a double or long. Perhaps its a special ping for setting the buffer on a live stream.
Can you tell us if you make any calls to set buffer on the client, and if you do what value you use.
