[Red5] OFLA demo with > 1 client?

I noticed that oflaDemo/Application.java puts a couple items in the playlist, but didn't find a client to subscribe to it.  I edited livestream/subscriber/Main.as to play( "live0" ) to view it.

It appears to work, but be very jerky with one client.  If I add a second one, the audio and video on both are totally garbled, and it tends to crash flash.  Any idea?

I was hoping to use that sample as a basis of a server-based FLV playlist where many clients can view the same stream, synchronously.  Is that the way to go?
