I suppose the title says it all...I'm just looking to use the functionality of NetStream.send() from the SERVERSIDE application. I have the application getting info from another network device and inserting that data into a SharedObject, but this doesn't help me when the original live stream is over. I'd like to capture the data once and have the data stay in sync with the video from that point forward.
If Red5 does not in fact support this, I would be willing to undertake the implementation of it myself. I'm no Java GOD, but I know a thing or two, and if someone else gets interested, I think we could make it happen. This is a VERY beneficial feature of FCS and FMS.
