Well, you mean to change the connection URL. That's what you pass to
NetConnection.connect() as the first parameter (if there are any
others). So you point this URL to wherever your app is located.
Place it to {path_to_Red5}/webapps/myKillerApp/
and change red5.properties, red5-web.xml and web.xml files as explained
in HOWTO-NewApplication guide in /doc directory.
That file provides enough info for you so I just can shut up and back to
coding ;)
Almost forgot, what you call low resolution is actually a low quality
and/or bandwidth allowed for upstream (streaming from client with camera
to the server). Check out Camera.setQuality.
