this error is because of the quotes missing in red5.bat:

Try changing red5.bat to read:
if not "%JAVA_HOME%" == "" goto launchRed5

Hi, it looks like i found a bug in the installer
package. It did not run at all, or even ant build properly. The
red5.bat does not work at all for both the svn and packaged installer
copies. Should i file a bug report ?
