It is indeed to collect stats. Currently I do have the absolute
necessities that I need (ip, time, duration (through a round about
method), and bandwidth), but there are a few other things that would
be really nice to log as well. I suppose I'll just keep an eye on
future work if no one knows any details right now.

care to share what you have atm, in terms of methods used to collect all that ?
Seeing a stats API
would be a dream come true. I can't really complain though, compared
to FMS Red5 has been so much easier to get what I need.

Thats incorrect, FMS already has application, server and instance logging in W3C format just like windows media. Ive been trying to port the information we already have with windows media logs without success because there is no documentation on what information i can get for different fields ive been trying to setup. At most times at the moment i get nullpointerexceptions on some, on a subscriber close. Can all infrormation be available to log on a connection close or some has to be logged during the stream ?
