Thanks for your reply. The voice was recorded successfully,
which was verified by playing the stream file directly from the file system. Only
I could not play it back with the demo applications. I’m still confused about
the stream storage path. I’m familiar with the way a property is injected
into the application bean. But how is this supposed to be used to set the archive
path, by naming pattern? From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dominick Accattato The simple
recorder works here. If you denied access to your web cam it will deny
access to your microphone as well. On Sorry if this gets posted twice. My previous post
was from one of my other emails, which is not the one that I used to sign up
with the list. Hi, New to red5 (and to Flash programming to a slightly less degree) here. 2
questions: 1. I was playing with the simple recorder without cam. The voice stream was
created and playable with a flv player. Then when I open the ofla_demo and
double clicked on the new flv file, it wouldn't play back the audio. The other
media files coming with the demo worked fine. Is there something I need to do
to get it work? 2. It seems to me it's hard-coded that where to store new streams and
play back anything from: the stream folder of the web app. How can I make this configurable
(if one can)? Thanks! Bing
