Greeting, in coming days I will have to make a decision about using the red5 server in my company. Therefore I have some questions: 1) Has anyone experience with exploiting this solution to bigger scales, as online televisions for example, and could share some experience on this topic (stability, efficiency)? Perhaps somebody has heard about such cases ? 2) Do some comparison tests exist with different solutions like VCS or FMS? 3) When it is possible to expect a version 1.0 ?
I would be very grateful for any replies, I don't have big experience with using flash technology, I'm a java programist - at the beginning I would like to use such a server for taking a few streams from users and for handing one of them over further, now..
