It's due to the fact that when a NetStream object attempts to connect
to a recorded stream without a start parameter ( the second parameter
in the play method ) it's not clear to FMS whether you want to attempt
to play a live or recorded stream. Even if the recorded stream does
not exist, the netstream will behave as though it is attempting to
play a live stream. However, if a start parameter of 0 or greater is
passed into play, the nestream looks for a recorded stream only. FMS
replies with different information objects to the onstatus handler
with the above rules.
