Ill get all this resolved today, I merged all my 'new' code from work yesterday and appear to have missed a few items. But I have a few things that may help before I find out the main issue:
1. whirlycache.xml is not needed because it is currently configured by spring
2. tomcat and jetty are selectable via the spring configs
