Sascha, your java home appears to be incorrect.. it should be:
C:\Programme\Java\jdk1.5.0_08

Dan, I think you are running a pre 1.5 vm as per this line; there should be no need for 14compat...
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Classes/.compatibility/14compatibility.jar
