Well, I’m using 0.5
and the line is there.
I modified the class so
the line number is probably wrong for you, but if you make a search by Connector.red5URI
you will easily find it.
Note: With “org.red5.samples.livestream.broadcaster.Main”
I mean “C:\Program
Files\Red5\swf\classes\org\red5\samples\livestream\broadcaster\main.as”
where C:\Program Files\Red5 can be replaced by your installation directory.

Hello,
Try going to org.red5.samples.livestream.broadcaster.Main and around line 49
change the following:
Connector.red5URI ="some location"

Subject: [Red5] change default rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo in example?
Hi red5-list,
first of all, praise and respect for the developers. The 0.5 realease
runs very smoothly on my debian sarge distro. I setup my firewall to
do some portforwarding to the server running red5 and presto, it works
perfectly.
Just avery small question I couldn't find right away. When I look at
the source of the example simpleSubscriber.swf and
simpleBoardcaster.swf, I can't where I can change the default
location, rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo to
rtmp://www.ourhostname.com/oflaDemo
Beacause of the portforwarding, it works when I manually set it in the
box, but it would be better to change the default. I can't seem to
find it in the classes?
Kind regards
Tony!
