It would seem that if you are upgrading from 0.5 or 0.4 to 0.6 that you will want to do a clean install. That solved my problem.

so I seems to be installed but maybe jetty isn't configured right? When I hit any of those links I get a 404 as well.
I upgraded from 0.4 to 0.6 by compiling and installing over the top. Could that be causing this?
