Hi no worries, i think its a serious change and docs should be updated 
or people notified about it. Personally i dont think server configs 
should be hardcoding what apps to load. Ie in the production environment 
it will be hard to update things  if you have to keep removing all the 
demo applications and editing configs. I find it hard enough to have to 
keep removing the apps after running an update.
