If you mean the "contexts" are no longer listed specifically in the jetty.conf then you are referring to the code I had in place during the migration of the configs to Spring 2.0. This was only temporary and is not the normal configuration of the server. The applications are "auto" scanned during jetty startup, so if you want to disable them you will need to remove them from your webapps directory.
