Actually, I am not sure. It is more like SharedObject Listeners.

I think you will find all these Events in the:
http://dl.fancycode.com/red5/api/org/red5/server/adapter/ApplicationAdapter.html

So you can overwrite all these Events in your custom Application like in the Demos.
