try loading the swf from the same machine where red5 server is. It doesn't need to be local. That works for me.

I have a remote server that I am using as my Red5 server. So my swf is at a different location than my red5 server. This is the situation I want, but doesn't work. It does work if I run my swf on my local machine, with my local red5 service running. Thanks for all you help! When I publish on my local host, it works great. But when I try to call my rtmp address from my machine it doesn't get my Connect to my Shared Object. However, if I use a local app, and call the same rtmp, and even functions there, I can get responses and what not. I really am stumped over this. Any idea's? Thanks!
